There is more than one reason that might cause your back to ache

  • Bone, ligament, tendon, or disc problems
  • Psychological conditions like Stress
  • Nerve problem/nerve root compression
  • Arthritis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Lack of exercise, unused muscle
  • Overweight
  • Improper lifting

If the pain is more intense visit the nearest clinic but some pain doesn’t require medical attention as the pain relieves on its own.

There are two different types of people one is I am working continuously and my back aches.

Another type of person is I am not physically active I rarely go for a walk and my back aches.

The reason behind their pain is either continuous use of certain muscles over a longer period or minimum/no use of certain muscles.

Hence, your doctor will suggest moving a little like walking, or resting.

Now, Let’s talk about foods that cause back pain. To be clear there are no foods that cause your back to ache but there are foods that will aggravate your pain.

Foods that aggravate your pain are called pro-inflammatory foods.

 Pro-inflammatory foods are foods that aggravate your inflammation. Eating these foods is like adding fuel to the burning fire.

Your body is already struggling to manage the current problem but you make the situation worsen by eating these foods.

I have listed certain foods that aggravate the inflammation. Limit consumption of these foods If you have recurrent back pain problems.

Sugar &Artificial sweeteners

The diabetic population shifted from natural sugar to sugar-free as taste buds still starved for that sugary taste.

These foods will not cause a blood sugar spike. But will aggravate inflammation.

The diet sodas will not add up to your calories but are not good for your health.

Not only artificial sweeteners but also processed sugar will not only spike the glucose level but trigger an inflammatory response.

Artificial sweeteners like HFCS (High fructose corn syrup) are present not only in candies and ice creams but also in some sauces.

Even in your sugar-free diet, some sugars are hiding from your knowledge.

The effect of these sugars on your child’s health is worse than you think.

Red meat

Red meat, which includes beef, goat, pork, and lamb, has a higher myoglobin content that can exacerbate inflammation.

Processed meat products are gaining popularity. The main reason for its popularity is in its name “Ready to use”.

When you are starving and want to clean the meat prepare masala marinate it and fry it. Industries are using this to make their packed processed meat popular with the tagline high protein snack.

Cooking processed meat at home might save money compared to eating at hotels, but it doesn’t make it any healthier.

Processed foods

You are not only paying money but also your health in return for processed foods. That packed pizza at the bakery, departmental store Gulab Jamuns are highly processed.

Industries often add extra chemicals to extend product shelf life, preventing spoilage. These additives, including acid regulators, pH regulators, preservatives, and coloring agents, while preserving food, may increase product shelf life but will decrease your life in earth.

Refined carbohydrates

Refined carbohydrates (Maida, white rice) have already more negativity.

Know why this impacts your health?

As shown in social media, these refined carbohydrates are not a complete villain in the scene.

These are like side characters of the villain group. When these refined carbohydrates (white rice) are taken with high protein and high fiber foods including probiotics (sambar+poriyal+curd) They pose no threat. After all a side character it is with the heroes and heroines.

But when this side character is combined with the villain group (Maida+ sugar in cookies). They will harm your body and on long-term consumption may even lead to the climax of your story.

Simply, the more the food is processed, the higher the inflammatory response is!

Fried foods

Fried foods are tempting, but they are packed with calories.

Plus, the high heat needed to cook them transforms the oil into something less than desirable.

Over time, this intense cooking process causes the oil to break down, creating harmful substances. That crispy treat might be doing your body more harm than good.

Our home-fried foods may have a lower inflammatory response because the oil spends less time exposed to high heat but at hotels or fast foods the oil is kept at a high temperature for a longer time so that it can serve the queue.

Sodium rich foods

Cortisol (a hormone released during stress) if you are not familiar with this cortisol hormone. Nothing much it’s just like the person who will make you stressed just by their presence.

Over a long time exposure to this hormone i.e., during long-term stress will cause muscle tightness in certain muscles, especially the back muscle.

Its true that not only foods that cause back pain but also lifestyle like sitting position, stress management also contribute to you back pain.

It’s easy to differentiate stress-caused back pain. Stress causes a gradual onset of pain when there is no numbness, tingling, or weakness.

That pain after a stressful day, after relationship fights, at the end of a hard day, etc., Then, stress may be the culprit, and if your pain improves after stress management. No second thoughts all you need is stress management as treatment, not back pain roll-on.
